Continuation of the famous saga named Might and Magic II: Gates to Another World. Compared to the first part, this takes place in a larger world, called Cron and the game has slightly improved graphics (16 color EGA). As in the first part, you can create a group of 6 heroes, and you are able to create up to 26 different heroes and those who do not fit into your group, will spend their time in various taverns across the Cron. Of course you can also import characters from the first game. Besides the characters in your group, you can also hire two mercenaries, which the player controls exactly like its own heroes, but you need to pay them every day. It is possible to choose between 8 occupation and for the first time in this series tasks were introduced - they can increase abbilieties of your heroes. Each of the characters can also learn about two of the 20 secondary skills, such as "climbing" allowing character to climb the mountains or "linguistics" - adding some bonus to intelligence.
